Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Luton
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to maintain a number of health care sites across Luton, Bedford, and East London.
The hours required are 42.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Operative are:
- Replacing light fixtures/light bulbs
- Replacing door handles and locks
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs (changing taps, washers, etc.)
- Filling holes/retouching
- Patch plastering
- Preventative maintenance activities such as temperature checks, emergency light checks and planned upgrade works.
Requirements of a Multi Skilled Operative are:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery or Plumbing
- DBS certificate
- Previous experience working within the social housing environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people confidently
