JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multi Skilled Plumber required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in maintenance projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking multi trader to join a project based in Nottingham.

This multi trader contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Repairs & replacement to associated plumbing systems to include WC, Thermal mixer showers and sanitary ware. o Bath & shower tray installation & replacements.
  • Installation & repairs to Disabled wet room facilities, Grab Rails, Shower screens, doors & seats.
  • Repairs & replacements of cylinders & hot/cold water storage solutions, that will include Unvented Cylinders, so a BPEC G3 qualification is desirable.
  • Ceramic tiling & grouting. o Basic carpentry skills to replace bath panels, boxing, and skirting repairs.
  • Plasterboarding & patch plastering. o Wate pipe systems, traps, pumped waste systems for showers and soil & vent pipes. o Replacement of guttering & downpipes.
  • Ability to relocate existing radiators.
  • Ability to work off ladders.
  • Ability to take part in Emergency Out of Hours Rota preferred, paid at additional rates

Requirements for the role

  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
  • Own tools required
  • NVQ level 2 plumbing
