Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Manchester

Senior Architectural Technologist job is now available in my client's studio located in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered Practice working predominantly on Residential and Education projects.

This includes the opportunity to work hybrid and flexible hours with 1 pm finishes on a Friday. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team. Managing projects from planning through to delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To lead projects from concept and planning through to construction and completion
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects using Revit
  • Liaising with contractors and resolving any issues that might come up during construction
  • Meeting with clients
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification working in the UK
  • Be registered with CIAT
  • Previous Education and Residential project experience
  • Project delivery using Revit software and knowledge of NBS is essential
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and previous client-facing experience
  • The ability to use Revit would be essential.
