Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Contract: Full time, part time and flexible

Responsibilities

As Administrator, you'll be working within the delivery team, being the first point of call for all administrative tasks, a key member of the team, supporting the team to meet their collaborated goals.

Your day to day will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers / visitors
  • Receiving depot deliveries
  • Reconciling orders, inputting relevant data onto the system (WMS)
  • Filing, scanning and communicating important updates when needed

    This role of Administrator is great for you if you can:

  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Enter data onto databases and use spreadsheets
