We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Kier and help deliver our Oxford Rail Station project. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Oxford Station Phase 2 works is a truly multi-discipline station upgrade which will increase the station capacity by constructing an additional platform and associated track through the existing operational station.

Responsibilities

  • Line management of Package / Project Managers, Works Manager and Stakeholder Manager to support safe, efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Act as project sponsor the implementation of planning through Short Interval Control, 4-week and 12-week look ahead programmes and support the planning team with periodic contract programme updates.
  • Establish a project execution plan from inception to completion, focusing on the client requirements and KPIs for project delivery
  • What are we looking for?

  • Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, APM or equivalent
  • Strong Project Management skills with a good understanding of Target Cost contracts.
  • Have demonstrable competence in a transportation related project environment
