We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our Service Team in Purfleet. Looking to fulfil a role that offers real impact to the business and with a variety of tasks. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth efficiency of Service tasks. From processing invoices to creating information work packs and managing plant equipment, your contributions will support the Service management team. We are looking for candidates who are well organised and have great attention to detail as you handle administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, to build and maintain strong relationships. To succeed in this role, you must be proactive and be able to prioritise multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also be computer literate. What's in it for me

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and control of allocations working to planned costs and within agreed timescales.
  • Assist with the production of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Drawings and Delivery Schedules on a task specific basis.
  • Effectively use internal systems (e.g., SAP) to identify issues, record and analyse costs.
  • Assist in providing an efficient after sales service to customers including the Divisional rectification process.
  • Administer and process reports using SAP.
