We're looking for a Compliance Manager to join the Anglian Water Alliance



Location: Flexible across the East Anglia Region

Contract: 6-month fixed term contract- full time



Responsibilities

As Compliance Manager you will be representing the Anglian Water contract and working closely with partners and designers to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM requirements within the planned work teams. You will provide technical support to the delivery teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of Leakage and optimise works in a cost efficient and productive manner to achieve contractual requirements.



Your day to day will include:

  • Review design submissions and associated paperwork to ensure that sufficient information is available to carry out work.
  • Implement, monitor, and achieve targets in customer/ client satisfaction, quality, health & safety, performance.
  • Complete health and safety documentation.
  • Attend principal designers' meetings and take an active role in the continued improvement in the design and construction process.
  • Attend accompanied site visits to undertake audits with the AW CDM Compliance team.
  • Assist reactive and planned work teams with Shoring equipment enquires and look for innovative ideas with it and other Temporary Works solutions


  • What are we looking for?

    This role of Compliance Manager is great for you if you hold:



    · Experience within the construction/ utility sector working at a managerial level

    · Experience and understanding of design and construction management and methodologies

    · NRSWA Supervisor, SMSTS & EUSR Water Hygiene card

    · Full driving licence

    · Ability to train teams within a classroom and on-site environment.
