Responsibilities:

Strategize and optimize site logistics for streamlined labor, material, and equipment flow.
Design efficient internal and external logistics routes, prioritizing safety.
Oversee site setup, accommodation, and facility management.
Collaborate on meticulous logistics plans with health and safety experts.

Supply Chain Proficiency:

Liaise with suppliers for delivery efficiency, adhering to traffic management plans.
Enforce safety standards for supplier vehicles, safeguarding all road users.
Coordinate material scheduling, ensuring precise deliveries.
Collaborate with key contractors, harmonizing on-site activities.

Delivery Excellence:

Manage site movements with meticulous tracking.
Implement our delivery management system effectively.
Ensure suppliers use suitable vehicles for safe, timely deliveries.

Materials Expertise:

Verify incoming materials against delivery documents and maintain records.
Process material receipts accurately via our PO system.

Plant and Equipment Oversight:

Manage logistics equipment and maintain compliant asset register.
Ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
Lead and train your team to showcase their competencies.

Qualifications and Benefits:

Minimum Level 3 - Logistics and Transport Operations (Required)
SMSTS Certification (Required)
Manual Handling Training (Required)
Level 5/6 - Logistics and Transport Operations Management (Desirable)
First Aid at Work Certification (Desirable)
