We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for x2 Multi Trade Operatives for social housing refurbishment works covering Middlewich, Northwich and Nantwich. This work will generally be covering bathrooms and kitchen works. This project will be around 4 months, with the opportunity to go on to further projects once completed.

Reporting to the Site Manager as Site Manager you will take full responsibility for upgrade works to bathrooms and kitchens. Ideally looking for someone with a Joinery background who can do tiling and plastering.

Key qualifications will include:

  • Qualification in trade
  • Joinery, plastering, tiling
  • Multi skilled
  • Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
  • Ability to use IT systems
