JOB DESCRIPTION:

SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in office fit out projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Site Manager to join a project based in Birmingham City Centre. The site can be accessed by public transport so own transport is not essential.

This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 6pm -6am, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising trades on site
  • Managing subcontractors on site
  • Managing health and safety
  • Delivering toolbox talks
  • Ensuring site schedules are kept to

Requirements for the role

  • A valid CSCS and SMSTS card
  • Strong commercial background
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
  • Own tools NOT required
