Position: Carbon Manager

Location: Dublin

Our Client, a leading Construction Company, is now looking to recruit an experienced Carbon Manager to join their growing team.

This role may suit an experienced Senior Carbon Engineer looking for the next step up in their career!

**The role will involve travel so a full, clean drivers' licence is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promoting?the Company's Sustainability Strategy by working with internal and external stakeholders to support, initiate, advise, and lead on Carbon Reduction Strategies.
  • Develop Carbon Management Procedures and integrating them into the relevant management systems considering standards and reporting frameworks such as Science Based Targets /PAS 2080/ TM65.
  • Reviewing and managing a portfolio of Client Life Cycle Carbon Assessments through multifunctional collaboration.
  • Support in the way of delivery of training, briefings and workshops as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold a third level qualification in Engineering, Sustainability, or the equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of carbon management systems, regulatory standards, project management and reporting.
  • Previous experience in a Carbon Engineer/ Manager position within the Construction Industry.
  • Utilised innovative carbon reduction technologies whilst staying abreast of new methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong experience in presenting reports, leading teams, and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • MUST hold a valid Irish/UK drivers' licence as travel is required for this role.
