We're looking for Customer Service Technicians to join our team in Ipswich on our Anglian Water Alliance, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.



Location: Ipswich

Contract: Permanent - Full Time, flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know



Responsibilities

In this Customer Service Technicians role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.

Your day to day will include:

  • Installing and exchanging boundary box water meters
  • Conducting water saving customers audits
  • Surveying for the installation of internal and external water meters for properties
