About the role:
- Project management of the ongoing internal and external projects within Pharmanovia
- Project timelines - carry out daily project related activities including maintenance of project plan, in coordination with the Pharmanovia team
- Plan and track projects - plan, track and monitor integration project plans to meet within the pre-defined project timelines, to meet business goals and objectives
- Relationship with partners - to aid ongoing building of professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level
- Post-transition co-ordination and project management of integration projects
Main responsibilities & duties:
Post-acquisition transitions of products:
- Designing a project plan with cross functional input in GanttPro
- Maintaining and tracking a detailed Project Plan within the Business Transfer Plan document, including establishing project timelines
- Establishing and maintaining weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meeting, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
- Identifying potential project issues, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinating with Pharmanovia's technical, regulatory, artwork, supply chain teams, quality and commercial teams to ensure product transitions in each market are within schedule
- Optimising current and manage operational processes for allocated projects to meet end goals
- Developing and managing ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia's key partner companies
Travel might be required with the role within and outside the UK, depending on the project.
About you:
Candidates with experience of project management in the pharmaceutical or corporate sector are likely to have the skills required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
- Bachelor's degree level education
- Excellent project management skills
- Great written/oral communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and work to deadlines, with ability to prioritise own workload
- Analytic and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work individually and as part of a team
