£35,000 - £45,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Profit Share + Package (£60k Plus OTE)

Are you a mechanical engineering or heavy plant industry expert looking to get off the tools? Do you want to progress to a head of department role, whilst travelling the country and offering your expertise in the insurance industry?

This is a unique opportunity to join a hugely ambitious firm as an Engineering Surveyor, with exceptional rewards and a progression path to Senior Management on offer.

Established as a major player in their industry, this company are looking for an engineering surveyor with specific mechanical / plant and construction machinery expertise to join their growing team. Offering a terrific package, and progression to Head of Department, this is a unique opportunity to get off the tools and work in a hugely varied role.

Your role as engineering surveyor will include:

* Visiting client sites to assess damage to machinery
* Working with mechanical / plant and construction kit
* Learning the insurance industry and loss adjusting
* Writing reports
* Travelling UK wide (Overseas opportunities in the future)

As engineering surveyor you'll need:

* Plant industry experience (JCB's / Cranes / Similar mechanical kit)
* Mechanical fault finding ability (Engines / hydraulics etc.)
* Happy to travel UK wide
* Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
* Living commutable to Kent
