Location: Flexible working available, where you will be based out of one of the following offices - Basingstoke, Loughton, Sheffield or Cardiff. There will be home working along with some travel to other offices and sites across the UK as and when required.

Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We're looking for a Lead Estimator to join our brilliant Bid Team based out of one of the following offices - Basingstoke, Loughton, Sheffield or Cardiff. Location: Basingstoke or Loughton or Sheffield or Cardiff - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office and sites required.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As Lead Estimator, you'll be working within the Bid Team, supporting them in the pricing for the statutory, repairs and projects side of the Kier Places FM portfolio, focussing on long-term contracts together with our Housing Maintenance portfolio.
