We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning construction consultancy based in North Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be working within a team delivering one of a number of large and high profile developments in sectors such as industrial and manufacturing, commercial and residential. This is a traditional PQS / Cost Management role.
In fact their client / project portfolio could scarcely be topped! They have a fantastic track record behind them already, and, as a fast growing and high performing business, can offer outstanding career progression to the right individual joining their team.
We are therefore looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor bringing with them at least 5 years experience gained within a Construction Consultancy or private practice environment. Specific sector experience isn't essential however as this firm largely works on D&B JCT schemes we are anticipating experience with this form of contract and build.
They have a flexible approach to the working week with a hybrid model incorporating both time spent working in the office or visiting clients / sites as well as some time working from home.
