Laing O'Rourke has several exciting opportunities for Senor Quantity Surveyors to join this project. Entering a key delivery stage, this recruitment drive is offering a stable permanent position. What will the role look like?
Imagine using your expertise as a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add real value on this amazing project.
- Establishing commercial processes and procedures alongside major main contractors
- Tracking and monitoring
- CVR reporting
- preparation of management accounts
- Tender and procurement exposure
- Sub-contract procurement management to name a few things
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar learning
- Good NEC or JCT knowledge
- Procurement of high-value contracts
- Previous Structures or Groundworks knowledge
