Job Title: Multi Tradesman Carpenter
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Pay: £24 - £28 per hour depending on experience

Temp to perm position
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Tradesman with an NVQ in Carpentry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance work in council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform a wide range of multi-trade tasks, with a focus on carpentry.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman Carpenter in the property services sector.
- CSCS, NVQ in Carpentry, Own tools, Transport and full ppe.
- A strong background in multiple trades, specifically carpentry.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
