Job Title: Decorator/ Multi-Skilled Tradesman
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Pay: £18 - £21 per hour temp to perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct decorating work on council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform a wide range of multi-trade tasks, with a heavy focus on decorating.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman in the property services sector.
- CSCS, NVQ in Decorating preferred, Own tools, Transport and full ppe.
- A strong background in multiple trades.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
