Application Support Analyst
Senior Support Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with a strong grasp of SQL is required for a leading Lloyds Market insurer based in the city of London. This will be 3rd line technical support.
The company is a highly prestigious speciality insurer with a highly collaborative culture and modern technical landscape and are looking for a senior Application Support Analyst to join this team
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be working on an insurance specific application support team working on bespoke applications, specifically Websure as well as other Policy Admin applications such as Eclipse.
You will have excellent communication and people skills to work closely with internal stakeholders as well as third party vendors within the insurance industry. Prior experience in knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally London Markets would be essential to be successful in this role. Your technical abilities will be necessary with strong SQL and NOSQL abilities to interrogate databases as well as a strong understanding of the ITIL service lifecycle.
Skills Outline:
- Experience working in Lloyd's Insurance/ London markets
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with insurance-based applications and policy administration systems
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors
- Strong interpersonal skills

Salary: Permanent up to £75,000 + 20% bonus
