JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Liaison Officer required for a large and established property maintenance business to work on a project in Blackburn. Our client is looking for an experienced Liaison Officer to join their team initially on a temporary business with the view to going permanent. This is to join a team of liaison officers, you would be reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager/Site Manager.
This role is initially temp with the view to going perm. Working hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Working on a scheme in Blackburn completing communal upgrade works
- Liaising with residents , Scheme Manager and client
- Completing social value events
- Collating customer satisfaction surveys
- Monitor and resolve resident's complaints.
- Work closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure a proper communication bridge
Requirements for the role
- Customer facing role experience
- Driving license
- Looking for long term/career role
