Unit Manager - Residential Care Home

Maghull, Liverpool

£12.09/hour (Days) and £12.41/hour (Nights)

£26,402/annum (Days) and £27,099/annum (Nights)

Time and a Quarter for Overtime and Double Time for Bank Holidays

Guaranteed hours - 42hr/week contract available

We are looking for an exceptional Unit Manager to join the team at a luxurious dementia home in Maghull. As a Unit Manager within the home you will be responsible for the care of 22 residents and the leadership of three carers.

You will be assisting with the resident's care plan, supervising as well as working as an integral part of the caring team, ensuring that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that their rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
