Senior Sales Negotiator - Hertfordshire
Senior Sales Negotiator job working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK. Our client is looking to speak to Senior Negotiators who have experience of selling properties in the Hertfordshire region. They are offering a salary of up to £28,000 with an OTE of £55,000.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. They are now looking to add an experienced Negotiator to their residential team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients and assess their requirements
- Managing and registering applicants
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Liaison between sellers and potential buyers, and relevant external contacts
- Working on progression of deals from offer to exchange
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in selling properties within the specific area
- Hold a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations
- Full UK Driving License.
What you get back
- Salary up to £28,000
- OTE of £55,000
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
