Project Architect Job in Central Liverpool

Project Architect job available in an award-winning practice with offices in Manchester and Liverpool working on projects predominantly across the Northwest in residential, social housing, and care sectors.

The successful candidate would join a fast-growing practice to take the lead on projects. Currently a medium-sized practice of around 20, this practice encourages the professional development of all their staff and would be able to offer mentorship for career progression.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on projects and manage project teams
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects using Revit
  • Liaise with clients and answer queries as they come up
  • Reporting to Directors and Senior team
  • Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification working in the UK
  • Be registered with the Architect's Registration Board
  • Previous large-scale residential, care, and/or social housing experience
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and previous client-facing experience
  • Previous delivery experience of projects.
