Senior Project Architect Job in Dulwich, London

A Senior Project Architect job is now available working on luxury residential projects with an architecture, interiors and product design practice in Dulwich, London.

Our client is looking for an outstanding Part III Architect to manage high end residential projects autonomously. The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects across all stages within London's prime areas.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage junior team members on high-end residential projects
  • Report to the Managing Director as required on project process
  • Support with business development
  • Manage the project through all RIBA stages, including contract administration
  • Attend client meetings and nurture business relationships, including winning new business.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills are essential
  • ARB registration
  • Ability to work across all RIBA stages independently
  • Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading high end residential projects in London
  • Strong presentation and design skills
  • Knowledge and experience of UK planning policy
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Business development skills and ability to win opportunities
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
