JOB DESCRIPTION:

Resident Liaison Officer required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in maintenance projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking resident liaison officer to join a project based in Wolverhampton.

This resident liaison officer contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with residents and contracts to arrange defects to be rectified
  • Logging issues from tenants

Requirements for the role

  • Proven experience as a resident liaison officer
  • Computer literate
  • Good phone skills
  • Able to deal with difficult tenants and action accordingly
