- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Role based: Bristol, BS10 7SD
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave: 25 plus bank holidays
- Oversee the recruitment, training, performance management and reviews of employees in-line with Company guidelines.
- Generate fresh business development initiatives to heighten local awareness in the area and ensure maximum conversion of direct enquiries in order to achieve hire order targets as agreed with the Regional Manager.
- Control all costs associated with the refurbishment and installation of Company products so that agreed budget levels are not exceeded and agreed margins maintained.
- Liaising with Suppliers, Company Service Departments and external Services Companies, including Sub-contractors, to achieve maximum service levels.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, codes of practice, industry guidelines and/or Company procedure/Policies relating to Health and Safety.
- Ensure that all laid down Quality systems, for example ISO 9001, are adhered to.

- 5 GCSE's Grades A-C, including Maths and English or equivalent
- A full valid driving licence
- Substantial operational experience, including hands on programming and scheduling of works
- Experience in leading, developing and motivating sales & operational teams
- Effective communication, leadership, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience gained in the Plant / Construction Accommodation Hire sector
- Experience in controlling Profit and Loss Performance
