We are looking for an experienced Electrical project manager to join the team on this major £500m stadium project which forms part of Peel L&P's £5bn Liverpool Waters scheme in the city's Northern Docks.

Crown House technologies are the specialist MEP delivery unit of Laing O'Rourke which means you will be part of Laing O'Rourke's One Team project delivery team and responsible for the delivery of all electrical services design and mechanical interfaces including direct delivery.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Previous major project delivery experience of fast-track data centres; major hospitals; prisons; science; stadia; and high rise commercial & residential (MEP value of £15m - 100m+).
  • Excellent Technical skills as well as being a proven leader of staff and operatives.
  • Experience of managing and reporting operational and financial targets, programme management and supply chain management including procurement and performance.
  • Leadership in Safety, Wellbeing and Inclusion and a real team player, interfacing with the construction teams and Senior Leadership team.
  • First degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical), other construction or design related degree, or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4+)
  • The ability to select & manage innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work.
  • Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants, clients/Architects and project team on technical matters.
