Our client is well-established landscaping company based in Pilning, Bristol, dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional landscapes. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our work and are looking for a Landscape Site Supervisor to join our clients team.
Position Overview: As a Landscape Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects on new build construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget.
- Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience.
- SSSMSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
