Job Role:

As a recruitment specialist in their team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the data and platform space. You will collaborate closely with their clients to understand their specific requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary goal will be to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities that leverage their expertise in the chosen sector

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of candidates with expertise in data management, data engineering, data science, cloud platforms, machine learning, salesforce, ServiceNow and other related areas.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet our clients' hiring goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in the recruitment sector is required,
  • Languages are preferred but not essential
  • You feel comfortable on the phone.
  • You are ambitious and dynamic.
  • You are stress resistant and enjoy challenges.
  • Knowledge of data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
