We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit housing associations on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
  • Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
  • Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
  • Bathroom installations
  • Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plumbing
  • Disclosure and Barring Service check
