M&E Cost Manager Job in Weybridge, Surrey / Remote Working

M&E Cost Manager or Assistant Cost Manager job in Weybridge, Surrey / Remote Working for an international and leading multidisciplinary consultancy joining an expanding M&E Cost Management team. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects across residential, education, healthcare, medical, science and retail schemes across mainly Hampshire and Berkshire and parts of London. Salary £35,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance £4.3k (If chartered) + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working.

They are a leading global cost consultant partner and completely employee-owned in the UK, offering cost management, project and programme management, specialist consultancy and digital services. Delivering cost-effective and sustainable projects for their international client base. To be considered you must have a background as a Cost Manager, preferably from consultancy with strong experience in M&E for largescale projects. The role offers further scope for further progression as their specialist M&E Cost Management division grows.

Role & Responsibilities

- To be an integral part of the team and be accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of projects

- Cost Planning, post contract and procurement duties

- Delivering value for money for clients through the whole life cycle of the project

- Comply with established commercial/procurement/contractual strategies

- Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- RICS Accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

- M&E Cost Management experience

- Ideally from a consultancy background, main contractor background would also be considered

- Experience working on medical, healthcare or higher-education projects would be advantageous

- MRICS or working towards or similar relevant accreditation

- Strong Feasibility and Cost Planning experience

- Pre and Post Contract and commercial experience

- Client Facing experience.
