Job Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating interior fit-out projects across London. From luxury hotel fit-outs to high-end residential fit-outs/ refurbishments, you will ensure that the projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that all work meets or exceeds the client's expectations.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. You must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

  • Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships, communicate project progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Travel: Be willing to travel around London as projects require.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Ability to travel around London.
