JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plumber required to work for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a mobile basis on commercial sites in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Plumber to join the team on a mobile basis.
This role will be working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
The Plumber will be a member of a multi- disciplined/skilled team.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Have extensive knowledge, experience and appropriate qualifications in one's own discipline and a working knowledge of others and be able to demonstrate competence in these disciplines.
- Maintain, test, diagnose and repair faults
- Investigating the underlying causes of breakdowns or failures and identifying and undertaking remedial action as required.
- Undertake risk assessments for maintenance and repair works to ensure that works are carried out in a safe manner.
- To undertake other specific duties when requested by the Operational Supervisor.
This is a permanent role and my client is looking for someone as soon as possible. The salary for this role is £32,000 - £34,000. Overtime and On call also available as well as opportunities to progress. If interested or want to hear more, please send your CV
