Sales Consultant job in Suffolk

Sales Consultant job available, working for a regional housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in new-build sales. They are looking to pay up to £26,637 + an OTE of £45,000.

Our client has been building and selling homes across the East Anglia region for the last 40 years. They are now looking for a Sales Consultant to work on developments in the Suffolk region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Taking the sole responsibility of running the sales office
  • Guiding purchasers through the house buying journey
  • Offer customers the very best service throughout the whole process
  • Liaise closely with the Sales Director
  • Abide company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in new-build sales
  • Experience with COINS is preferred
  • Able to work weekends
  • Full UK driving license is essential.

What you get back

  • Salary up to £26,637
  • Commission per plot

  • OTE up to £45,000.
