Established in the 70's this building services contractor works with Tier 1 contractors and have built their business through building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional service. You'll work as an estimator on building service tenders and estimates for projects across london, whilst being a part of a close knit team in a company who retains its staff and gives constant reward, support and recognition.
The successful Estimator's role will include:
* Preparing estimates and tender packages, carrying out takes offs and drawings and liaising with designers, contractors and clients
* Identifying and loading up Preliminary costs, visiting sites and liaising with clients when required
* Using estimator software packages such as Extreme packages by Amtech
The successful Estimator will have:
* Experience working as an Estimator in building services, electrical or for a main contractor
* Willingness to get stuck in and happy to be office based and travel to clients (mostly across london) when required
* Commutable to Chingford area
