In order to meet increasing demand, a professional, time served Roofer with a number of years of experience in both the domestic and commercial roofing sectors, is required on a self-employed basis to join a growing, family run roofing installation and maintenance company working across south-west London and Surrey as they continue to expand.


The skilled roofer will be experienced in overseeing new roofing projects involving slating and tiling, proficient in lead welding and bossing, and capable of executing a range of flat roof renewals, including 3-layer felt systems and GRP Fibreglass installations.


Working in accordance with health and safety guidelines, the successful Roofer will draw on their experience and knowledge base to deliver a high standard of workmanship, whilst overseeing less experienced team members to ensure they also meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of roofing repair, installation & maintenance work
  • Take on the responsibilities of a senior team member ensuring work undertaken is of the highest standard
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Follow health and safety rules, particularly regarding working at height;



Skills & Experience

  • A well-established reputation as a skilled roofer with a number of years experience in the roofing industry
  • Good time management skills
  • CSCS - preferred, but not essential
  • An ability to maintain, repair and build different types of roof and roofing systems
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in using hand tools and other roofing equipment
  • Own tools and transport
