* 50/50 split Hands-on / Management based maintenance supervisor role
* Managing and motivating the engineering team
* Mon - Fri site-based role in Brackley
The successful maintenance supervisor will have:
* Background in maintenance engineering (FMCG Desired)
* Understanding of electrical / mechanical engineering
* Ability to commute to Brackley
