Salary: £16 - £18 per hour, inc benefits

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join a local housing association to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service in customers homes across West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all aspects of plastering repairs including boarding ceilings, full re-skims, and patch plaster repairs in occupied and void properties.
  • Using a PDA (or other electronic devise as provided) to keep various records accurately, ordering materials, ordering follow-on and new repair works and completing accurate paper records only where the use of a PDA is not applicable.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds in Plastering
