Description And Requirements

As a Project Admin your role will be to ensure that all project documentation is up to date, available and easily accessible by the Project Team, office management and administrative assistance to the Project Team.
The Project:
Holland Park Gate is an £80m mixed-use development on Kensington High Street.
The development offers one, two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale and the Penthouse Collection offers three super-prime luxury apartments with private terraces.
The development includes 71 private and 35 affordable homes as well as office space, Retail units and a bespoke 5* star hotel with exclusive spa, 25-metre pool, and leisure facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up meeting rooms for meetings (i.e. arrange snacks and refreshments when it's requested)
- Monitor and order stationary.
- Ensure that site offices always look smart, clean and tidy.
- Liaise with Design Team and Site Team to receive various reports in a timely manner.
- Compile Monthly Progress Reports and ensures that it's approved by the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all new starter on site is recorded in the Eyeball Machine system and their details are accurately added.
We're Looking For:
- Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
- First Aid at Work
- 4 Projects- Intermediate level
- Minute taking training
- Document verification training
- MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Intermediate level
- Practical skills in minute taking
- High level of appropriate knowledge (computer literacy, administration).
- High level of sensitivity to cultural diversity and individual special needs.
