Position: Multi-Tradesmen for Domestic Properties

Location: MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Monday- Friday 40 hours per week.

Works are predominantly to care and support schemes that house people across a variety spectrum's, mental health, alcohol and drugs, halfway houses
Geographics and a rough split of time spent in these areas:

Derby- 45%

Birmingham- 20%

Chester/Blackpool- 3%

Worcester- 5%

Hereford- 3%

Chesterfield- 10%

Kidderminster- 5%

Aston on Trent -4%

Nottingham- 3%

Halesowen- 2%

Candidate needs to have great people and interaction skills
Van provided
PDA needs to completed (training given)
To be on call on out of hours, roughly 1 in 4 weeks
Diary is managed by a help desk. All works are planned in so that works are carried out in 1-2 geographic areas to avoid unnecessary travel

Responsibilities:

Execute a range of tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs in domestic properties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a multi-tradesman with expertise in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Valid driver's license
Certification in relevant trades is a plus.
