We are working with a leading national contractor who employ over 3000 people nationally. This successful, stable and exciting business has a strong base of repeat clients and now seeks an NEC form of contract expert to work from their Wiltshire based office 2-3 days per week. Managing the relationship with one of their biggest clients you will report into the Operations Manager in this key role within their business.
As the successful candidate you could come from a variety of backgrounds. You may be a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager or even work in Finance. They key here is significant knowledge of administering management of NEC4 option C form of contract. You will also have excellent stakeholder management experience, be analytical and possess strong financial acumen. You will be good at interpreting and writing reports and a confident communicator.
