JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a Facilities Management company based in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced member to join their growing team.

This role is a permanent role working 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Raise purchase orders
  • Send out weekly reports on pending orders, highlighting items that require immediate attention
  • Proactively follow up with suppliers to obtain invoices and resolve any queries that may arise.
  • Assist the Commercial Finance Manager in ensuring all necessary updates are completed on time for month-end activities.

  • Education, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a Finance department.
  • Familiarity with SAP would be desirable but not essential.
  • Strong computer skills - Excel & Word
  • Excellent communication skills
