Job Title: Plasterer Multi Tradesman - Property Services

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Temp to perm work Monday- Friday. 40 hours paid.

VOID PROPERTIES

Working on domestic void properties carrying out repairs and maintenance. Must have a strong plastering background and a good knowledge of other trades. You will need your own tools and ppe.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a plasterer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Multi-skilled experience in repairs and maintenance within void properties.
  • Relevant qualifications in plastering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and own tools and ppe.
  • NVQ
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

    • Van and fuel card included.
