We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join a reputable consultancy firm in Central London.
As Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects within the high-end residential, commercial and hotels sectors from inception to completion. This will include tasks such as preparing budgets and cost plans, monitoring costs and contractual obligations and providing commercial advice to project teams.
The ideal Cost Manager will have a strong background in construction with experience in either residential, commercial or hotels projects. The ideal candidate will be chartered with the RICS or currently undertaking their APC training.
