Salary: £38,000 per annum, inc benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join award winning community focused housing association based in West London.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all types of responsive repairs and renewal works to occupied and void properties
- Repairing or replacing skirting boards, floorboards, window frames, doors, door linings, staircases, fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and more.
- Repairing of leaks, repair and replacement of toilet seats, replacement of shower heads or hoses, unblocking of waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes and any other plumbing work where needed.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering (preferable)
