We're currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and help us hire additional talent across all of our divisions in the UK and across Europe. You'll already be an expert in using the best sourcing tactics, but you'll also be customer-orientated and very determined in your approach to attracting new colleagues. You'll find it easy to build and maintain trusting relationships, both internally with hiring managers and externally with our panel of agencies that you'll partner with. You'll also enjoy leading and implementing a number of projects that will really make a difference to our approach to sourcing talent, and support our business growth strategy. Role Details
  • Annual salary £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • An achievable 5-10% annual bonus
  • Role based in York (YO32)
  • Permanent FTE role
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
  • Manage our sourcing process to attract the best talent and delight every candidate that applies for a vacancy with us.
  • Proactively support hiring managers and our HR Team with their hard-to-fill and senior vacancies.
  • Drive an improvement in the number of long-listed applications, time-to-hire, and the number of direct candidates hired.
  • Manage a panel of recruitment agencies and regularly review their performance against our criteria.
  • Exhaust the functionality of our sourcing platforms to improve the quantity and quality of long-listed candidates.
  • Lead a variety of sourcing projects.
  • Frequently check the pulse of the jobs market to determine then implement appropriate tactics to attract candidates.
  • Administer a significant budget for talent acquisition expenditure.
  • Most importantly, you'll be responsible for bringing a Personal Development Plan to life. Providing opportunities for professional growth is important to us.
