Associate Planner in Central London

Associate Planner Job in Central London for a fast-growing architecture, town planning and urban design consultancy, working across multiple sectors. Offering a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 DOE + Flexible Working + Hybrid Working.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team with offices in Europe, Cornwall and London, the team is made up of town planners, architects, landscape designers and master planners, you will be working on projects in education, residential, mixed used, hospitality and others from their central London office.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Preparing planning applications across various sectors
  • To gain additional work in the public housing and education sectors
  • Working on applications for appeals
  • Working within the multi-disciplinary team to help deliver projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered RTPI Member
  • 3+ years' experience as a planner from either consultancy or local authority
  • Experience in working with housing associations
  • Experience dealing with planning applications and appeals
  • Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
  • Experience working on public tenders.
