A dynamic consultancy construction firm are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their fantastic team. They are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to lead and work on a variety of projects based in the UK and Europe!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
- Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
- Chartered with the RICS.
- Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skill
- Numeracy skills
- Report writing
- Presentation skills
- Proven track record at the appropriate level
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
- Pre and Post contract services
- Attend site meetings
- Produce documents to tender
- Contract Administration
- Valuations
- Cost Management
