- Role based: Donabate (K36 K759)
- Contract type: Permanent

- Be the first port of call for all Ireland Managers and colleagues, offering sound commercial prompt advice and guidance.
- To work with the People Operations Manager on cases throughout UK including Hire, Site Accommodation.
- To provide appropriate advice and guidance to Managers in Site Accommodation UK
- Support the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to offer stage, working with Hire Managers in accordance with targets
- Support ER cases including absence management, health & wellbeing, flexible working, investigation, disciplinary and grievance, capability ensuring company policy is adhered to at all times.
- Ensure effective absence management case work, conducting trend analysis and providing reports and highlighting concerns
- Work with managers on drug and alcohol initiatives
- Work on strategic initiatives if and when requested to by the Head of HR Operations
- Guide and support a positive health and wellbeing culture through promotion of services available, supporting line managers in health and wellbeing conversations, arranging occupational health and other external referrals as required and linking with HSE Business Partners regarding risk assessments.
- Conduct exit interviews promptly providing reports and feedback to management as required
- Support with all learning & development requirements including development plans, skills and competence matrices.
- Work with the Head of Reward on pay reviews

- Proven experience of providing first line advice and support to managers on employee relation issues
- Demonstrable knowledge of Employment legislation
- Evidential knowledge of HR policies and procedure
- The ability to apply specialist knowledge and detailed technical expertise
- Takes initiative, acts with confidence and works under own direction
- Experience of supporting and working with a manufacturing / construction environment (desirable, not essential)
- CIPD qualification (level 5) or established work related experience at HRA level
- Full Irish Driving Licence
